Delivery & Returns

 

Shipping: We currently ship within 3-5 days: however, during busier periods, this may not be possible, and lead times may be longer, this will be advised by the dispatch estimates. 

Returns : We do not offer returns or refunds unless it is clear the product/products were faulty upon making or packaging.

Any damage to items in shipping must be taken up with the courier service. Once items have left out premises we are no longer responsible for any damage.
